I was thinking about doing this and was wondering what type paint to use,thanks for the link. Probably I'll get the red.

Killer stuff! Put it on evenly and take your time and it looks like its powder coated. I did mine with one kit and let dry for 5 days, then sanded down and removed pit marks etc in caliper and now will put another coat on. It takes 2 kits to use one as a primer so to speak, but they will look RED!

I got this from a buddy of mine that works at Eastwood for his cost of $20. Just waiting for a warm weekend to put it on.

Looks like a nice kit, but after doing the calipers red on the G8 with a rattle can of red Dupli-Color caliper Paint and clear, with them still on the car, I'll never buy another kit. Mine only cost $18 of supplies :)

Thanks Jay! I've been wanting to paint my calipers red, (unless I get daring & go with a different color). My car is black.

I loved having my calipers red on my 2004 Grand Prix GTP

I am going with red. The car has red and black pin stripes and I like the silver, black and red combination on my cars. My Camaro is silver with black trim and I added red letters to the grille and rear too.

I've got 2 G2 red kits and my brake lines still to do. Gonna be a weekend project- someday...

PLEEEAAASE let me know how this comes out. I really want to get some color on these calipers and I think they would look great in orange. Thanks for being a bit of a guinea pig :)

I did mine over the weekend and they came out great.... Im giving it a few days to dry completely and then I will clean up my wheels and take some pics. Most of the time was spent in prep work sanding and cleaning.

I would put up pics, but its been raining here for at least 2 days so I havent had a chance to take any pics....they look real good though, I keep getting compliments.
