Trying to look up my VIN #

Does anyone know how to look up a VIN number from an order number? Mine order number is NDFPFZ. My dealer tells me they can't get the VIN until the car hits the dock in CA? It was built on 1/22.
Any help would be appreciated.

I guess my dealer was correct in stating that it wasn't invoiced yet. I'm trying to pay for it by the end of the month to lock in the current incentives. If they go away in April, I have the option to get my deposit back but would really like to buy the car. Would you mind sharing how you obtained the data.
