Explain the feel of bad motor mounts?

I was reading through some mount threads, and am curious if this is my vibration/shimmy. I feel I can almost narrow it down to a low rpm range, but not certain.

The easiest way it to put it in reverse and hold the brake. Give it some gas, the engine will lift.

Also, I had a bad one on my GT from new and it squeaked like mad even when going over bumps and such. I blew one out on my truck once and it was a manual so the whole gear lever would move.

For me, with my RotoFab air filter starting touching hood under torque.
