Lol! Hard to drive the car up to Michigan w/out tail lights and an intake. Specially since the intake holds my radiator in place! ;) Stopped by the body shop and everything is ready to be cleared....Gonna look tight!

The converter and trans were installed today. Also the cam went in.

LOL! Yes, I can attest to that. I am jealous of all of these cams and superchargers going on these cars. I wish I had a little more disposable income. For now I'm going to get the support mods done.

The car was fired up for the first time late WED. All Andy said was,
"Your car is very stealthy."

We should be getting some numbers sometime today.

Heh, color me inspired. If I don't get the !job mod due to the local budget, I have plans for this little car. I bought this as a DD but the way thing sgo in our house, the axle-back may end up being the only stock part on the car.

Can't wait to see how edmanet's build works out. Oughta be a screamer :headbang:

The car went on the dyno today for a pull. It only made 421HP on the base tune. The guys at Livernois determined that the converter was way too loose for the setup. So they pulled the converter and are sending it back to PI to get calibrated better for the setup.

I was told there is a ton of more HP to be made but this small converter issue needs to be resolved before we go any further. So it looks like they will have my car until late next week.

I THANK the guys at Livernois for going the extra step and pulling the tranny again to make my car the best it can be. They could have just said your car makes this much power and sent it home to me. And who would of knew.

we were shooting for 3k-3.2k, I don't know the exact speed it was flashing at, but Dan thought it was going to be too much for the street (and the combo) and wants to make certain it's perfect, so off the dyno she came and the reflash will come ASAP, Dan was already talking to PI about getting this perfect for the combo, and the data he collected will help us find that great match :D

Say Andy, what would you think about a 2400 stall, with my car? No so jumpy as a 2800 or 3200 and maybe better for a daily driver, true or not true?

I think your factory converter is probably close to that stall right now, I would say a 2800 for you ;) maybe 2600 would be the lowest...

My converter is stalling at almost 2900 now with the added power.

Just to clarify a few things:

My car was baselined at 340HP with
[VMS 93 tune / headers / UDP / HSRK / stock converter]

My car pulled 421HP with the addition of
[cam / head work / 3200 stall / basic tune]

Only one dyno pull was made with the cam. It was decided that a slightly lower stall would work better with the combo. The converter was pulled and sent out to fine tune it. It should be back at LIVERNOIS on WED. Then we'll go back on the dyno to tweak the entire package. Like I said before ...I'm hoping for 450HP.
