Not only do you lose less HP because you are turning the accessories slower, but you are removing weight from the rotating assembly. That allows the engine to rev quicker.

Bolt not included, but can be had at any GM dealership (Part# 12557840). I can buy the bolt and ship it with the pulley if needed, but you'll have to add an additional $15.

Get an ARP bolt, better quality and not torque to yield.

Not sure yet. Need to get my fuel system squared away (hopefully done, pending testing), then get retuned.
