Hi,
The check engine light came on the other night on my '09 Chevy Caprice LS V6 without any noticeable malfunction in the engine.. The next morning, on the way to work, the engine was performing very poorly and could barely run.. I parked the car for about 8 hours and it worked fine after that.. Drove it to the shop and the mechanic thought he should clean the throttle and change the spark plugs, but it still didn't go away.. After that, had a computer diagnosis for the problem and it showed the error code "P0521: Engine oil pressure sensor/switch signal out of range. Status: faulty and connections. faulty engine oil pressure sensor". So, I replaced the EOP sensor but the check engine light came back on.
What can be the problem??
