Can we tow our G8s or do we have to flatbed them?

Flat bed. The front sits so low that they cant hook it from rear without dragging the nose piece. Also, they may have to put 2x6 under the front tires so it doesnt drag the cable on the nose or the nose on the flatbed when 1st going up.

Does the answer change if I mean tow it to the race track. So I would be towing it fron the front and dragging the rear.

Not really. You may have limited nose clearance.

Also, when unloading from flatbed, go slow and not too steep. They just let my old '08 go at the wrecking yard and wiped out the tailpipes.

But is not an issue where we would burn out the transmission so it can be towed. Just has clearance issues.

Short distance no biggie, but long distance put it on a trailer.

Another question - How much could he tow behind his G8? Assuming he adds a tow kit.

OK, I actually read the Owners Manual. 2,000lb max
