Replacement door locks

Passenger side front door.
Driver side rear door.

I checked Pace. Funny, GM calls the fronts actuators and the rears locks. I can get them cheaper than Greg.

Driver side rear. GM#92215255 supercedes to 92236012
The original Part Numbers are now obsolete (in AU at least), buy them there in USA under the 13 and 12 ending numbers (2011+ Caprice) for pretty cheap.

I had to replace 2 of my door locks today (passenger side front and driver side rear).

Here's information about the locks thanks to Crazy Paul!!!!!
Passenger side front. GM#92215256 supercedes to 92236013
Driver side rear. GM#92215255 supercedes to 92236012
The original Part Numbers are now obsolete, but the new part numbers are for a 2011+ Caprice and work great!

Time required is about what it takes to leisurely drink this tasty beverage.

Small Correction to your great post but I do not think they are the same as the Impala. I think you are thinking back to 94-96 when the Caprice and Impala were the same car! LOL

But Good to know the Caprice ones fit well.

Threadbump... My driver's door lock is crapping out. I was wondering if we could get a list of Caprice 11+ door lock actuators for all 4 G8 doors. To bad Crazy Paul isn't around anymore to post these numbers. Thanks. I was looking at online gm parts sources, just would like to be certain of correct part. Also thanks to TTSaleen for photos.

Just did drivers door today. GM 92290820, 20011 Caprice. I am bumping this to add part number to thread. When I do Passenger rear. I'll add that number.

Astynx Could I ask a favor? If you still have your old actuator could I get it from you? Would be glad to pay shipping to me. Would like to experiment on some broken ones to see if the micro switch in there is serviceable. Thanks. This offer goes for anyone else that has any actuator laying around.

I spent a bit of time running through these part numbers today, and these seem to be the most up to date...

Some of the original G8 numbers are still active and show stock, others have been superceded. These are all "updated."
