Auto aligning head lamps

I had to adjust how the driver's side headlamp sits because there was no clearance between the headlamp and the quarter panel. I was concerned about the headlamp being misaligned after the adjustment. When I took a close look I didn't see any way of adjust the beam direction, thus the title of this thread. I heard about a newer style headlamp that auto aligns. Does the G8 have those?

As far as auto-aligning headlamps you'll probably be dumping a fat wad of cash...my buddy had a 7-series in his shop that hit a deer, it had the 4-axis (left, right, up and down) headlights and they were about $1500+ for the set at his cost. Shouldn't have to worry much about alignment since it is a projector beam lamp...they do a better job at distributing light than a normal concave reflective light.

Thanks for all the info. It was only adjusted within 1/16" so I will leave it alone for now.
