Only for ARP Head Bolt Kit Pro Series

Part Number : 134-3610

Torque values are based on 75% of the fasteners yield strength.
Use the manufacturers (GM) torque sequence, but do not use the engine manufacturers torque specs.

ARP TORQUE RECOMMENDATIONS

*M11 70ftlbs with ARP Moly or if you must.....85ftlbs with 30wt motor oil.
*M8 23ftlbs with ARP Moly or if you must.....29ftlbs with 30wt motor oil.

Extra important reminder: BASE YOUR TORQUE VALUES ON THE TYPE OF FRICTION MODIFIER (LUBE) YOU ARE USING. I know it is noted in the first post but some people seem to not catch that. If you are using motor oil use the torque spec for that. ARP Moly fastener lube use that spec. The moly is allot slipperier than oil so the bolt will have a greater amount of rotation before meeting torque spec, which is why the moly lube spec is a lower required torque value. If you use a moly lube but with an oil lubed torque spec you will push the bolt past its safe torque limit causing greater chance of failure.

I hope I never find out, but do you guys use studs at all on the LS series motors??
