You guys asked for it, so here it is!!!

PT#14950 (G8 GT complete 304L stainless steel RSC catback exhaust with integrated dual Pro Series tips). This is the official catback system intended for the GT model.

Designed to keep the interior sound levels comfortable and quiet with NO DRONE during cruising speeds. This item is truly a performance kit with an “uncorked” straight through 2.5” diameter that also offers a deep and aggressive exhaust tone outside when you want it, yet is still refined and composed- even in the 4cyl modes when cruising thanks to our patented Reflective Sound Cancellation.

Offering our unparalleled workmanship and our well thought-out design as a direct replacement fit, this exhaust system will bolt on in less than 1hr with the use of simple hand tools while also including a limited lifetime warranty.

What kind of performance gains can we expect from this system? Sound clips would be nice too. I am thinking about replacing my headers at a similar cost to this system. Which would be a better choice to go with if I am primarily looking for performance gains vs sound. I would assume headers, but feel free to give me some advice. Both would obviously be great to have, but I've got to pick & choose for the moment. Thx.

If you are looking purely for sound, buy this.

If you are looking purely for performance, buy LTs.

I went with ARH LTs and stock mufflers and I couldn't be happier.

I might replace the stock muffs sometime in the future with something just a little bit louder, but it's close to perfect now.

Dyno testing of this system has shown a 7hp and 12tq gain to the wheels. But headers is the way to go for maximum hp gains. We have some great pricing on Kooks currently, if interested, shoot me a PM.

Longtubes for sure. Then get whatever axleback you want to cover the sound side.
