Site redirection

FYI, when doing a google search and this site is a hit, clicking on it redirects to a dating / porn / something site. Been happening for a few days now. FWIW, thread about it on the other board (http://www.g8board.com/forums/showthread.php?t=196833).

I'll let Steve weigh in on this. I have not had any problems with checking threads through a google search.

Fwiw, have seen on three different machines, chrome or Firefox, win7, win8 and Android

It's something to do with an exploit in the version of vbulletin this site runs.

i get email replies from grrr8 and g8nation , though havnet had any issues getting on the board lately

few moments ago, from google, I put string "CTSV pump g8"

here is what google returned:

When I clicked on the link, here is the url returned and the page displayed:

I've checked several queries using GRRR8.net and G8nation. Each returned the proper page.

Still doing it... like TooMany posted, search "grrrr8" on google chrome or internet explorer and you'll get a redirect. I usually land on AdultFriendFinder, which would be hard to explain to my wife...

Ray, all I did was open either internet explorer or chrome, go to www.google.com and in the search box type "grrrr8" (without the ""). The first listing/result that shows up is for the main forum homepage. Click on the first listing/result, and it lands me at either a file download page or adult friend finder. :(

I'm on the road in Michigan. Same thing, goes right to the page, no redirect.
I used GRRR8: catch can and GRRRR8.net: catch can and GRRRR8 catch can. All worked for me.

Strangely enough, this evening I tried it, and no redirect. Go figure it was while I was explaining to the wifey why she would see adultfriendfinder in our history hahahahaha.

so at home I haven't seen it yet - but at work I did... it hits the page and does a redirect, but trying another dozen times after that it worked... seems to be a '1 in so many' redirect going on.. from what i've read it IS some hack inside of vbulletin, so i'm actively investigating, but these things usually burrow deep.. keep me posted though since I did make a few tweaks.

Also - what domain are you guys seeing this issue with g8nation only? also on grrrr8.net? or also v8forum and chevyssnation.com?
