I am offering these custom 3rd brake light covers ($34 US - $42 Canadian including shipping) until December 3rd. Production will begin December 4th and shipping will begin December 9th, just in time for Christmas! The brake light covers are plexiglass, printed and tinted red on the back side to eliminate LED hot spots for uniform lighting.

You can choose from 1 of the 3 designs (G8 car image, Holden Lion or PONTIAC). Doing more designs or 1 of a kind designs cost a extra set up fee......sorry.

This looks pretty cool but I tinted my back window fully (over the brake light too) so not sure how it would show up. When you guys get them installed you should post pics to persuade him on a 2nd batch and if anyone has a tinted rear window over the brake light I'd really appreciate seeing that!!

Did anyone receive this item yet? I'm just a tad concerned that they were to go out last weekend and I'm only 400 miles away and haven't seen it show up yet. Gotta go out of town for a few days now and rather not have it sit out in my mailbox or on the front porch for days. Guy making them hasn't posted up since the 11th...

Just received mine today. Looks pretty good. Bigger than I imagined. Check the edges. Mine only had protective wrapping in the middle, edges where a bit exposed. Was in a manila type envelope. Mine was ok as I said above. Just a heads up.

Adding to this. The fit is not quite as shown in the video not as described. It does not fit up inside the 3rd brake light interior cover. It is too big. I got it set a way that shows minimum light around it for now. Will see if it stays after my trek to work tomorrow.

Is 2008 a little different inside than 2009 as far as that light cover?? Could be a cause.

I still like it though. Nothing a little light dremel work couldnt fix if i need to.

Received mine over the weekend. Didn't get a chance to install until 8:30 last night so I can't report on how it fits or looks, seemed pretty god from what I could tell with a flashlight out in the cold drizzle... :p. Like the idea of the red backing, makes the design show up even when brakes are not applied.

Got mine the other day also. They are a little thicker and bigger than I expected but no big deal. I got the PONTIAC one and personally I had a hell of a time getting it installed so that the lettering was completely level but I think it's ok now. I appreciate the guy making these so I'm not criticizing at all but I do have one other observation. I'm on the tall side and when I'm standing in back of the car and have my wife step on the brakes the PONTIAC shows up pretty distinctly but when you step back forty feet or so and lower your viewpoint to about where your eyes would be looking ahead when in a car behind you the design is alot more slanted/narrow and a bit harder to make out. Still like this thing overall though.

lol no big deal! It was not a rant. My blood pressure is fine. The meds was just a joke. I know what you mean about not seeing all the pages on a mobile device. I rarely use a computer anymore myself.
