Superchips Flashpaq

Selling my lightly used Superchips Flashpaq. It is part number 2885, but is exactly like the 2865 except the plastic case is Chevy orange and has a Camaro start up logo.
My buddy used this on his Camaro but I used another just like this on my wife's 2009.5 GT just fine.

As long as you remove the tune from the car, the unit is basically "wiped" and good as new.

So what IS the difference between this and a Cortex? Superchip site isn't clear, and a google search would have you believe its just a warranty on the power train (that doesn't matter when buying used).

Bottom line, what won't a flashpaq do that a cortex will?

So then the obvious question... Greg, are you able to confirm that this unit is unlocked and good to go? I know you probably wouldn't be selling something that can't be used, but this is the internet & I don't like to assume.
Also, does it come with the hat? :p

Yes, I realize that you represent Pace & are registered as a vendor on the forum - so no, you obviously wouldn't list something that wasn't unlocked and able to be used. For this I apologize, I've just been burned before with online transactions and sometimes overthink things. Sooooo... Will you take $160 shipped?

No need to apologize. :) I didn't take your post in a bad way, since I am selling this as a personal item I would expect some questions. No worries, I'm pretty easy to get along with.
Yes it is unlocked, yes it comes with a brand new unworn Camaro hat, and yet I would take $160.00 shipped to a US address ;)

I was never able to find the difference between them either other than the warranty.

GLWS......I've always had a good experience buying parts through Greg.

This Flashpaq tuner is great for 1st steps on modding the G8. +1 discussion earlier in this thread.....the Cortex and Flashpaq make similar mods to your car's tune. Difference is the warranty on the powertrain only difference in cost.
