I love OZ wheels. Unfortunately for me I really want the 3 piece and those all seem to cost $1k per wheel. No way I am spending >5k on wheels and tires.

BTW, I weighed a stock 19---27.8 on a not-too-accurate scale. There has been some talk about total weights, etc, but no one had posted actual weight of a wheel. Seven pound saving per wheel translates very well!!

Nah, 339....

Oh, I thought Oz wheels were more than that.

They're still really nice looking.

There it is.

I was thinking of the 3piece wheels.

Yeah, and the 3 pieces are your wallet, your arm, and your leg :)

I am interested to see how much I save in sprung weight also.

Every once in awhile you just gotta say " What the fuck!"

Wow, those are the first aftermarket set of wheels for the G8 that I like. IMO, nothing really has impressed me over the stock 19"ers but those are badd ehsss!!

You guys are thinking of the Superleggera's those are the crazy pricey ones. Do you have any side shot pictures? Or just any other pictures? Im still on the fence about these wheels. I like them but I dont know if I want to swing the cash for them.

I posted the wheel weights and specifics in my "285's" thread in January. If you really want to save unsprung weight you have to go to 17's as there are no light 19" tires out there.

On my scale, the stock 19's didn't weigh 27+ lbs.

Shipping one OE wheel was 26.9 lbs without lugs or caps, so my bathroom scale was high. Torreador, I will send some full side pix of my car to your direct email--they'd be too big for here....Send me your direct email address

The Ultra's replaced the Super, which were heavier. The Ultra's are even being superceded by something lighter!
