I might be buying a set of 20 X9.5 front rims with a 35 offset. And 20x10.5 with a 45 offset rear. I'm lowered on H and R springs and with a 15 mm spacer in the rear I slightly rub with the 285 tire over bumps. I concern is with the 10.5 rim it's going to be wider than the 285 tire what size tires should I get. Also the front rim only has an inch from the inside of the rim to the strut is that okay

roll you fenders...and I bet they will still rub.. from what I have read in the past 10's rub.

The problem is there is not enough offset. Spacing it makes it worse.

Even with your spacers off you'll still rub.
You might get away with a rolling your fenders.

And if you roll the fenders on your own using the bat technique, the key is slow slow slow, you can chip the paint.

That fitment will almost certainly rub even with a fender roll. In order to fit that 10.5" rear you would need something like a +52 to +55 to give you the clearance in the rear and even then you would need a nice smooth sidewall tire to get it to clear with no issues. I have done a few sets like this and its doable but you need to do the extra work ;) I just finished a set of Forgestars with the proper rear offset and the customer is clearing 295 Michelin PSS with a fender roll.
