Starting issues

I had the bad alternator code come up as well as a p0117 code for the coolant temp sensor. Replaced sensor and alternator as well as the battery for good measure. Checked all the fuses and they are good. I go to start the car and I get nothing, no clicking just a "see dealer" code. I checked with a multimeter and i get 12volts at the positive terminal on driver and passenger side, and i put a screwdriver up to the starter power cable and solenoid and it starts.

Any thoughts of what else i can check? All the grounds are connected so the last possibility is the ecm right?
