The vacuum manifold is so you can use different things that require vacuum. like: like fuel pressure regulators, map sensors(for monitoring boost or triggering different things), hob switches, bypass valves, and numerous other things.

It says you are blown by Jessica in your sig. what are you running? if its a procharger you should already have a vacuum manifold to operate the stock procharger bypass valve.
