Looking to have my wheels powder coated possibly and because one is midnight and the rest polished I am thinking that I may have to blast them first???

You have to blast them first yes. Or find a polished one. Or maybe try and strip the paint and polish the midnight one.
Best bet to find a place is Google. I'm sure there are many places in Denver.
If you for some reason don't find one. I can hook you up with a guy in the springs.

no direct experience with either as my old wheels were done by a dude at his home shop, and he has since moved on

from the few sites I have looked at its going to be about $100 per wheel just to powdercoat. Not sure how much the blasting will cost yet but this is getting expensive. Maybe I should have just bought a used set of wheels and tires!
