I'm thinking about getting some cts-v brakes for the front and back but I have a couple problems I don't know if they will clear my wheels, and I'm not to sure what all is needed for the swap. I posted a couple pictures of my wheels if anyone knows whether I could squeeze them in or not let me know.
*edit: please ignore the completely bald tires, they totally pass inspection

You can go to the pace website under gxp upgrade and print the template and try it on yours.
It looks to close from stock caliper. So I'm going to say they won't clear.

I would agree with BuildIt..just doesn't look like there is the space you would need for the upgrade.

I agree with Buildit... IMO it doesn't look like it would get close to clearing but it you can look up the specs for your wheels the offset should be greater than +35 for them to clear. Or if you know someone with a Camaro SS and they're willing to pull off one wheel for you to try it out on. I would not go ahead with the project without knowing it was going to work. From experience it sucks having your car on blocks for a month (issues with my caliper install).
Check on the forum there are numerous pages where guys made their wheels work.
1. Longer Studs and centric wheel spacers - if the wheel is close to making +35
2. Wheel adapters with pressed studs in one package
3. Or the way I went, new wheels that clear.

+1 for longer studs and spacers. I had to put 15mm spacers on to use my stock 19's for winter wheels. That meant putting on longer studs also. I used Dorman 610-490 studs.

Not true. +15 would give you more clearance on a given wheel. It would space the spoke away from centerline. +45 would bring it closer.
Its all about spoke clearance.
And the SS idea would give you an idea. But the SS would have to not have the roller skate things on the pad.
Try the template. That's your best bet. Or fit them on a g8 with brembos.
All I'm saying is the stock 18s have more room then them wheels. I think your only option is to get different wheels or space them.
If you space them the stock 18s need 15mm it looks like you need more then that and I would not recommend going more even if you use the spacers with studs on them.
Just my opinion.

There needs to be a distinction between offset and mounting surface to spoke distance.
Changing the offset of a wheel will not change the distance between the mounting surface and the back side of the spokes, with one exception.
The sport package 19" wheels have a 48 mm offset. They don't clear the 4 piston Brembo's.
The GXP 19" wheels have a 48 mm offset. They DO clear the 4 piston Brembo's.
Changing the offset moves the centerline of the wheel. Adding spacers does both. It moves the spoke surface away from the brake caliper and it lowers the offset value. (the one exception)
When it gets above the freezing point again, I will measure the distance from the mounting surface to the outside edge of the Brembo brake caliper.
