People are talking about the GXP being killed because of High Performance shut down?

I heard a rumor. Don't know if it's true.

It's just a rumor.

GM will continue to produce low-volume performance cars that have been designed, including the Cadillac CTS-v sedan (http://www.motortrend.com/roadtests/sedans/112_0811_2009_cadillac_cts-v_first_test/index.html), Chevrolet Cobalt SS and HHR SS and, of course, the Australian-sourced Pontiac G8 GXP (http://www.motortrend.com/roadtests/sedans/112_0902_2009_pontiac_g8_gxp_first_test/index.html).

If this was true I would be hounding my dealer to get me a GXP right away....oh wait....I'm already doing that.

Yep its true no more GXPs GM only produced 1828 of them!!!
