with a stock motor w/o cam what can i have my tuner turn the rev limiter up to:flame:

I think 6400 is the highest I've seen a tuner turn the rev limiter up to. Have the trans shift 1 or 2 hundred lower.

Shifts at 6200 and rev limiter at 63-6400

Mine is set at 6200 shift points. The rev limiter might be 6250.

You mean when the rev limiter kicks in? No power, its actively removing power.

Im talking about when you change the rpm range can the motor still make power at higher rpm or is it useless? sorry it was a little confusing on the last post!:charlie2:

ahhhh... Yes, assuming the power band goes that high, yes, it is making power.

With the stock cam and valve train, the power drops off quickly after 6200.
