Door Stripe Kit Question

Hey Chris,
I was looking at the stripe kit you offer here:

I had a couple of questions for you:
The Black color - is that Gloss or Flat Black? I have a PBM car, but a flat black stripe would be slick...
It is hard to tell from the pictures, but do they extend all the way to the bottom of the door? or is there still a exposed area?
Also are they 1 piece or does it have it a small line above it?

You had posted that you sell them with Pontiac or G8 Cut out on the rear door - Is that extra? What does that look like? (font etc) Any pics of one with the cutouts?

Oh and lastly how do they hold up if you were to go through an automated carwash? (I know.. I know.. blasphemy! ;) )

Hey guys. Thanks for the interest. First let me say, any of these kits are really slick.

To Steve:
- The stripe is a flat black. You can put them on the car however you want. If you run them along the body line that runs along the door, there will be a gap in between the end of the stripe and the bottom of the door. The kit comes in one long stripe so you can install and cut them wherever you need to.
- They are 2 piece. There is a smaller stripe that runs on top. If you don't want to use it, you don't have to.
- Never ran ours through the automated. lol We've had two kits installed on our G8s and our GTO all summer. They still look great.

This is one of our custom GTO stripes. It's the same on the G8. I just didn't drive it in today!

You would receive the same kit...it just wouldn't have the custom cutouts, unless you prefer that..

Never gone through an auto car wash with mine. The G8 is cut out and shows the body color. Correct.
