G8 GXP pricing question

I found a 2009 G8 GXP for sale with under 2,000 miles. I have negotiated the price down to $33,000. This seems like a good deal to me. Just wondering what others think?

All things considered it seems like a good price. That said I will share my personal philosophy. I adopted this several years ago after angsting too long both before and after purchase about what was a good deal on a car. I made a personal decision to consider it a good deal if:
1. I really like the vehicle.
2. I am satisfied with the deal I struck, when I struck it.
I just remember this philosophy whenever approaching a car lot!
