Hey guys, I'm new to owning a fast car (had a CBR600RR before) but I just recently bought an 09 g8 gt and I'm looking to make it a little quicker, it has a CAI, custom headers, and exhaust... all put on by the last guy so I'm not sure how good it all is. I'm on a fairly tight budget but I'm wondering what I should do next and in what order to do mods. I would like to do a twin turbo or something eventually to make it as fast as possible eventually but wont have the money for a few years for all that. What do you guys think? Any input is greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the site.

+1 on the cam. Also, don't forget a good stall converter or a super charger would help. Turbo's are great too, but there seem to be more supercharger offerings available for the G8 than turbos.

Nitrous would help a bit too...

Congratulations on your purchase of a G8. The biggest impact to the performance of mine came from a Patrick G tune. So I always recommend an ECU and TCU tune as a starting point.

Find out if it was tuned.

If not, that should be the next move.
