Ideas to spiff up stock 19" wheels?

All 4 of my stock 19" machine finish alloy wheels got scratched up bad in the wreck and subsequent mishandling. Looks like there is/was a clear coat on them. Any ideas about stripping the scratched clearcoat off and polishing the 5 spokes only to a chrome-like finish?

You could send them out and they will bead blast, polish and clearcoat them for you, but as a DIY........thats a LOT of work!

crome them! if you want you can have mone and I will get your crome plated!... depending on price.

look on ebay, there is a company that will chrome PVD them. It is an exchange. Here's the link (I dont know anything about this guy).

I scuffed one of mine on 08' when I turned wheel into curb backing out of a parking spot. I filed down the rough spot, and then polished it out. Used nail polish as clear coat. Not noticeable until 2 ft away. (Now spare!)

I have also polished out and spray clear coated wheels years back. I wouldn't be surprised if many or most of your scratches are in the clear coat. If so, a good body shop could probably buff them off and re- coat them.

You could powder coat them MGM for "the memory of 888!"

If the scratches aren't to deep, still think they can be buffed down and re-clearcoated by bodyshop.
