Spare Tire???

I see by reading the forums that you guys have not answered the spare tire issues of the G8. Someone put in that Pace had a spare setup and all I found was the spare tire tools for a good price of $110.00 for the GRRRR8 group. What would you look under for the rim and tire for a G8?

The GTO spare should fit.

But, keep in mind that the spare should have the same height as the tires that are on the car. The rear has a limited slip differential, the tire size must be the same on the rear axle.

I do not know what the height of the GTO spare is.

Some are buying a factory G8 wheel and tire, usually used.

I have already used the air pump and a can of TPMS safe fix-a-flat. The tire (rear) has already been replaced.
