Getting these installed Monday. I am so excited to see the difference and hear the new sound. Can't wait for the Vararam addition.

:woohoo:

Awesome!! I did mine with a buddy this past weekend. It is still a pretty stealthy setup, but sounds different from stock. Congrats!!

How was the install?? Did you have to put the car on a lift or did they drop in from the top??

we did mine with a lift and it was cake! you can remove the dip stik (unlike instructions say) and it makes the passanger side much asier to do. Remove everything from the top side and than move to the bottom. We cut a head off 2 stock bolts to use as a alignment for the gaskets and new headers (makes it a lot easier to line everthing up)

Any other tips for doing these?

I did it on jack stands. A lift makes this job much easier and faster.

I left the dipstick in and did not have any issues. And I will second doing everything on the top side first. I removed all but two bolts on each manifold before we jacked the car up. I had a buddy help me line things up. I held the header from below and he got the gaskets in. A buddy to help out makes a HUGE difference on this job. Especially when it came time to adjust everything. I was able to look at the alignment on the tips while he made small adjustments. It is definitely doable by the average DIYer.

I probably didnt need to remove the dipstick but I did it just becasue the instructions said not to :)

OK, LT headers are on with the X Pipe. You all do not do this justice. I thought it would just wake it up. It is truly an amazing mod. It is a whole new car ! Sounds completely better and wow, the grunt and power is insane. WOW

That's a much better price than the ARH setup! Now I'm on the fence again...

Maryland Speed has it on eBay for 1620 something ,but they were accepting offers. So I made an offer and they took it. Not sure if they still have it ,but they may be willing to do that deal again.
