Stupid Question?

Is there a way to reset my MPG counter with out resetting the trip counter? Or does resetting one always reset the other/

You have to press and hold the reset button. Pressing it briefly resets both. See page 4-23 and 4-24 of the owner's manual.

I've tried resetting mine both ways and havent figured it out yet. Reset the mpg and it zero's out the odo also.

Works for me. :huh: Just press and hold the enter button and don't let go until it dings (4-5 seconds). This only resets whichever one is on the screen at the time. If you just press and let go of the enter button it will ding and reset both the trip odometer and Avg. MPH/MPG screen.
