Doors open ,but they are not

Hi Charlie,

Came out after work and started the G8. The light for a door being on was lit. So I open and closed all doors plus the trunk. Got back in and the light is still on. Stayed on all the way home. It has been VERY windy today ,but other than that no different that any other drive home for me.

This has been an issue for others as well. Mine did it one time. There is a sensor/switch in each latch assm that sometimes doesnt close the circuit. Keep an eye on it and return to dealer for warranty if problem persists.

Mine did it one time as well. Pissed me off as I was on the interstate at the time and had to pull over to check the other 3 doors. Light went off about 2 hours later.
