What size are, and where do I get, the bolts that go into the engine on the driver's side of engine for the Roto-Fab fuel rail covers?

They should have been included with the Rotofab engine covers. Call Mike and he'll mail them to you.

The threaded studs that GM use for GM covers are :
4x threaded studs #11609319

(I don't know if Rotofab uses the same female grommets that GM use.)

The studs that Rotofab provides are not identical to the ones indicated to use with the Holden engine covers. The knobs on the tips of the studs are smaller.
