You can pick up a brand new loaded 2009 GT G8 right now for ...wait for it..............Under $28,000.

I'm getting one for $27,142.88 plus tax & Lic. Everything except sun roof and sports package.

Don't want sun roof, in Seattle???????? And I have the Sport Package on my wrecked GT down the street. :p :)

If you want details just call any Pontiac dealer or even the wino on the curb next door. I-Net works too.

They are desperate to sell cars.

I had the same problem. I had to have Pacific Slate Metallic. It had to come up from Oregon. The old totaled G8 has the Sports Package, so I'll swap out the 18" for my 19" wheels with the Michelins. :)

Stryker Blue is way cool!

So you found a replacement PenguinMobile? Nice man!

It'll be Grrrr8 to see your new digs! That's one of the colors I'm considering once my lease is up.

I'll get some pics up. I think it looks darker in person that the computer shows. Kinda Like the MGM. Depending on the light, blue-green to almost black. I should have it tomorrow afternoon. $27,475.00 out the door + T & L. Free car washes for life, free loaner anytime. Someone pinch me. :p

I either look like a rich idiot.. or the dealerships in Michigan don't know about this yet.
With the financial climate in Michigan.. you'd think they would be more receptive to a real buyer.

If I could find a local, new, 2009 silver, leather, and no other options.. for $27500 +T&T? I'd sign papers this week.

I must be doing something wrong. :hang:

Im sure someone on here can send you a copy of their purchase agreement and than take it to the dealership and tell them to match it!

Around Dallas a GT sport w/sunroof and leather can be had just at 27k. I paid that for mine several months ago.

In LA I paid $25K + T/L for my '08 GT and they were dealing on the '09s too. Thing is, it has the most basic options (cloth, no 19s, etc.) Given what it replaced though, it's a frigging Rolls. :D

I got my 09 fully loaded (had them take off the 19's though) for 27,200 or 30200 OTD.

Any good deals going on on Long Island? I have been to a few dealerships and they do not do very much there. Obviously there are the national rebates and offers etc lowering the price some, as well as the 0% but thats with a 740 or above credit score. Any ideas? I know many people from Long Island actually go down to NJ to pick up their G8 since for whatever reason you can pick one up cheaper in NJ than on LI

Noticed this yesterday...interesting. I did a little better on my '09 GT on March 2nd then the "market price" listed here. I don't agree with the "tad juvenile" statement! :headbang:

I was treated really well at LaSorsa Pontiac in the Bronx. My family has been buying cars there for a long time. Between the negiotiated price of my new G8 GT with Premium and Sport and the trade in for my 05 GTO they were better than 2K less then any other qoutes I got in Queens or LI. They don't have a big inventory but they did get my car from another dealer on Staten Island and still gave me a better price then that dealer quoted me direct. The only complaint I had was that the Staten Island dealer installed the front plate bracket before sending the car to LaSorsa after I requested it not be put on. I was unhappy but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Jim Bino is my salesman there. Very straight forward and honest.

Thank you sir for the good advice. I am doing my research as early as I can as I plan to buy an 8 once I graduate school in May, job pending of course lol. Dad bought the 08 GT Ignition Orange and paid sticker then and I am not looking to do that. The dealership by me, in Smithtown, Long Island, no need to metion the name, usually does not budge much with negotiated pricing so thats why I was looking for some other sources. I will certainly save this information once I am ready in 2 months or so. Hopefully the deals are still out there, I am confident that they will be. Thanks again fellow 68 Goat owner

I was 1st on the list @ dealership that my bro-in-law works at. Signed papers, TT&L, extended warranty, free tint, for $33,787.

What makes me sick, is now GXP's are floating around used for that price, and GTs are in the low 20's.

I could actually trade in ours, take the hit on remaining balance, but a used GT for $20ish, and still have lower payments ...doh!:)

Unfortunately in the Washington DC area I'm getting nowhere near the deals listed here. I realize in March there was an additional $2,000 rebate. The lowest prices I've been able to get are $28,900 for a Black/Onyx premium, sport, sunroof. MSRP for this vehicle was $34,110 so it does not have bluetooth. The lowest price I could get for a white/onyx premium, sport, sunroof w/bluetooth is MSRP $35,195 down to $30,200. The dealers would not budge on these prices and it's been a week and neither has called back.

yeah here in NY they do not budge much either. I am looking at around 31sh to 33ish on avg, with low availability.
