Well...what time???
I just found out I have to be back on the evening for the mother in laws birthday party.

Wife said "to have fun and try to be back for the party..." so I'll be up there at least by noon.

The only thing I smoke is tires Tom! I wont have all my cam and valves, plus the heads are going to the machine shop to drop them to 68cc, so I have to wait a bit on the tear down. I guess mid Sept. I should be starting.

Sorry guys it looks like I will not be able to make it up to Houston this weekend. Took the car back to the shop for an oil leak. They were going to have my car ready today but it looks like i am not going to get it back untill next week.

That is what they are telling me. But the first time they told me it was the oil leveling sensor that was leaking so they replaced that and it still leaks.

don't know if I'm going to make it either I'm trying to make it in from marble falls.

Keyswitch went out on the bike and nobody has a switch in stock had to hotwire it to try to make it in from the state park now trying to make it back home...

Well guys and gals I'm not going to make it to Otto's...we got in late last night after a 6 hour ride back to the house from Marble Falls. Had the bike torn apart up on a hill near Inks Lake State Park trying to diagnose a problem and narrowed it down to the key switch. Got on the iphone (glad I got this thing) and looked around for local dealers, called around to the two closest dealers and got no help from them even stating that I was 300 miles away from home and stuck out on Park Rd 4. Then called back home to my local dealer and although I didn't buy my bike from them, he walked me through how to hot wire it to get back home. I'm definately buying my next bike there!!! After a few stops for gas and food we made it back home safe and sound.

Hrmm maybe I should look into installing OnStar on the bike...LOL
