So i was coming back from St. Clair shores tonight just before 9PM and was on I696 heading west. I see in my rear veiw a car coming up on me steadily. I proceeded to get over to give this driver a right of way as i was in the left lane, and i remember thinking-please be someone i can play with-well it was.... So it was a newer G6 GXP black with a hot little blonde driving a bit aggressively. So off we went playing around weaving around traffic and i must say that those cars run good, but doesnt stand a chance against a G8. I passed her up with four of us in the car and hit around 120, then let off. she caught up and played some more. well i found an opening that looked promising and took it, getting up to 142 pretty quick then it happened,,,,,,Service engine light. Damn it.. my fuel light was on from a few miles back but i was having fun.
My car has a cold air kit that looks just like the rotofab kit but with a polished aluminum pipe and i have a cortex programmer on it(everything set to superchip's recommeded setting and the speed limiter turned off). When i got home i hooked up the cortex to see what it was and it said "P2544" Torque management singnal something..
I erased it, but what is it?
Thanks

Hey Paul, do you have an original link to this that includes all DTC codes?
My engine light is on too but am waiting for an OBDII analyzer to arrive in the mail.

You can go to your local auto parts store and use their code reader until you get yours.

Tighten the gas cap first.
