Did another G8 build and got some good numbers out of it so I thought it would be good to pass it on...

10.814 @127.77 1.59 60ft. Fayetteville Motorsports Park

DA +1489

6.0- DoD Delete, Crawford custom Lunati cam 223/232 .625/.600 112+0, Crawford ported-milled heads w/LS3 intake valves and PAC-1219x springs, Crawford ported TB, AirRam intake manifold, 4" Spectre MAF, Kooks 1 7/8, Flowmaster Delta 40's, 2300 stall 261mm Coan Nitrous converter single disk, 2.92 gears, 18" wheel drag pack, 100 Nozzle nitrous shot in the intake tube 52/31 jets, NOS window switch/nitrous controller set to come on at 2400rpm, KB BAP that activates at WOT-Stock pump, pump gas, Pulling 5 degrees of timing thru a relay i built that modifies the IAT, Sport mode modified for nitrous shifts, Crawford tune. Shift points @6900 1st and 2nd, 6750 3rd. Actually bumped the 7000 rev limiter on the 2-3 shift that cost me a .79 pass but I wasn't going for a record, just a 10 sec timeslip. If it would have went 10.99, I would have left with that but it went faster so be it....

The car runs 11's on motor @ 120mph with a 1.84 60ft. It will dead-HOOK from first gear on the street using a M/T street radial II tire- on motor. The tight converter has stock converter manners driving around and doesn't hit too hard off the line. Very impressed with how the car did with the 18" Drag radial.....

Our track is at 100' but its already getting hot and humid here...might get one or two Good Friday night runs before summer really sets in.

On a side note I really wish you could make it to ECS. I'd love to run you heads up...

Very true! You can drive it around with the converter un-locked and you wouldn't even know it had a stall except that it doesn't have that "weak spot" when you stab the throttle from a stop.

Cannot wait to get this cam in the car and see what it can do, especially with the wet nitrous kit going on the car :brock:
