I need an automatic gearbox

Hello guys im stock in thos problem my gearbox died acctually not all of it only the housing if i can find one for my 2007 lumina ss v8 6.0L 5 speed automatic transmission or all of it..i live in lebanon and i cant find it here its been like over a month and im still searching CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE!!!thanks

What trans do you have?... 5 spd??? 6 spd??? or 4 spd?.... probably need to know trans info before you can find replacement or parts for it.....

If it is a 5 speed auto box from GM, it must be the 5L50E paired with the V8.
GM made two versions in their plant in Strasbourg (France), the 5L40 was mainly sold to BMW for 3 and 5 series (smaller displacements) and the 5L50E for BMW and others (GM, Holden) with higher displacement engines.
From memory, I believe the bolt pattern between the case and bell housing is different than the one of a 4L60.....
Did a quick search on ebay (France, Australia and US..) but could not find a 5L50 bell housing....
