OK people i ran a fellow g8 owner who has the same set up wheels,cai,exhaust, but he has a tune and pedds,susp so how bad shoud he have beat me with just having a tune over what i have...........oh and by the way he had a passenger in the car with him i was by myself........:wacko:

What tune, and the suspension helps put the power to the ground.

I'd say a good half second 0-60 minimum

stand still but my damn car was in the sand so spun til it shift to 2nd early

How bad DID he beat you?
I've seen a half second or so difference between stock cars.

Try again without the sand lol

With a tune, he will have more power sooner than you and shift further up the rmps, so it will still be a one car loss IMO.

You can try out a tune from Superchips. Their Cortex, tho not really geared towards your mods, would change your shift point and firm things up a bit. Catch him sleepin and you might pull him!
