I have received my exhaust 2/4/08. Just waiting to put it on friends lift to put them on. It is a big box you will have to take them out of the box and into your trunk if you want to transport them. Excellent construction, nice detailed instructions, x-pipe has welded in supports. It has big touring type muffler. :woohoo:

Just got home, buddy put it up in about half a hour on his lift. Fit and finish is excellent. I had been running my stock exhaust without the exhaust gaskets and two washers at the axle back hook up. The Borla sound quieter, but deeper. Muscle car sound, the way they should come from factory. I'm a hot rodder at heart and love loud cars. I wish it was a little bit louder, I wished they had put the S Borla mufflers on instead. I'd like to repeat, I like LOUD. My SRT8 Cherokee has the S mufflers and sounds like a beast. Touring sounds like mean street car, S sound like a race car. Have to run them some more to break the in also, work to my house is only about 10 miles. I would describe it as a refined rummble. Nice burble when slowing down manual mode. AFM you can still hear it, way less than with the washers and stock mufflers, but audible. Lets say if you have your radio off you will hear it. Wife took camera with her in the Jeep to school. I'll try to get some pics up, camera takes video, but don't know how good, it a cheap casio. If not I'll try to snag my brothers video camera. Summit price matched to $973.74 with truck freight. Overall great product. Now waiting for Vararam to open her nostrils up. Other than the Borla and HID lights the car is stock.

I miss my SRt8 Jeep very much.....
If the economy ever gets better I will in fact buy another....Probably a used 06

SRT8 Cherokee's are nice rides, doin a 426 in one next week, probably be a while before it is done though because it is a custom build.
Congrats! Looking forward to the pics and vids.

I really wish they used the s mufflers but i cant wait for mine. I should be getting my system tuesday from LMperformance. I was hoping they would do the same system they had on Haddad motors G8 but i guess it must have had to much drone. Im planning on doing headers in the next few weeks maybe the slp ones because they mount directly to this system. I really like the ARH headers but they cost alot more and i wont need the mid-pipes, or even the kooks headers but then ill have to buy high-flow cats
PS I HATE the Jeep SRT-8!!! :)
:boxing: as most TBSS owners do....
I actually considered a TBSS...I drove the AWD version....There really is no comparrison stock for stock......
Hell even moderately modded for stock....
If you drive a Jeep SRT..you will figure out what I am talking about.
It is a very violent acceleration..I have never experienced anything else like it....and the sound of the 6.1 is very HEMI!!...
I just hated the Jeep service...and the 11.3 mpg on premium gas...
at the height of the gas crysis we had, I was going broke just from my daily commute.
Thats why I want one for fun and not daily driving. But with gas this low...HMMM?

Thats going to be nice.....

My first you tube sorry total newbie. Start up and rev. For the people that don't like the Jeep, my 4800 pound Jeep ran 12.2 on 75 shot with low bottle pressure, looking to dip into the 11 in near future.:woohoo:

Nice sound but not $1000+ good IMO. Think I'd rather spend an extra $500 and get ARH system w/ stock mufflers, and have more go than growl.

Steve at Haddard E-mailed me a couple of days ago about there price match and refunded me about $139.00 back so I paid about $995.00 shipped to my door. What a class act to let me know. Thanks Steve.

Installed my Borla tonite. It fit very well and was the easiest install of all the systems I have put on in the past years. Only drove it about about 15 mi but no drone at all. Had it up to 70 mph for a while. The only thing noticed was when the DOD kicked in and out in Drive you could a difference.

Just an update put about 200 miles on them, they are sounding better every day. Wife turned on the car the other day and brought a Joker smile to my face.

I use the remote start from my front door (about 6-ft away) just to hear it fire up. You are right, it sounds better as it works itself out a little bit.
