It looks like you get a discount by default just by buying a certain amount worth of stuff from their site without any additional group buy discount:

> $50 = 15% discount
> $200 = 20% discount
> $350 = 30% discount

That being, the max discount should be 55% with the max group buy discount so the math still doesn't work (30% + 25% from the group buy)

FWIW I had a piece from them that I hated and they worked with me and got me a piece I liked at cost. I think they will honor the discount if they see there was interest and questions. Ill shoot an email to the guy I dealt with he was great.

Sorry for my late response - I didn't get any notification about new posts here so I thought nobody was interested :-(

As for the maths - camoeto explained it clearly enough I believe:

It looks like you get a discount by default just by buying a certain amount worth of stuff from their site without any additional group buy discount:

> $50 = 15% discount
> $200 = 20% discount
> $350 = 30% discount

That being, the max discount should be 55% with the max group buy discount so the math still doesn't work (30% + 25% from the group buy)

So now, to make up for the communication delay let me extend the GB time until Wednesday - anybody interested - JUMP IN! I promise to think about something extra for ya'll :-)

What probably turned people off was their lack of communication.

Maybe they need to start a new one and be active in the thread. I say this, not to be a jerk by any means, but because it took 2.5 pages of responses / comments before they even chimed in over 8 days...and the original offer / post was done 1/13, the buy "ended" 1/20 - and they barely responded 1/21...yeah, that is not how to run a group buy when everyone has questions.

Lack of responses here to questions [re: sliding console covers etc] and everything else doesn't help us buy anything.

They should redo this, and maybe respond to people if they want to sell a product here.

I have set tons of them up on the last forum I was on for parts, and they all went very well because of...the big C word...communication. I even bought the batches myself up front and shipped out to everyone etc to make it easier on the supplier.

If I can do it several times over the last 15 years, they should be able to at least give us the time of day. I don't do it as my job, either. Just for fun and I pulled them all off without issue and mine were also open worldwide with participants from outside the US & Canada such as Italy, Sweden, Australia, South Africa...to name a few.

Simply put [after all that] - they don't seem to want to help me spend my money ;)

Disregard the armrest its from a different vendor and was just draped over at the time of the shot.
