George listed his Roto-Fab CAI for sale a week ago. I PMed him with an offer slightly lower than his asking price after it had been up for a few days. He accepted the offer and I paid him a few minutes later via PayPal.
The next day he PMed me when he went to take it off the car to say that while removing it he'd broken the elbow. He asked if I wanted a refund for for him to ship it anyways and he'd have Roto-Fab send me a new elbow. I went ahead and told him to send it.
He mailed the package today and sent me the UPS tracking number. He also contacted Roto-Fab and they're sending me replacement parts directly.
Really really impressed with my dealings with this guy. A++
