How much for the dyno tuning?

full STREET/DYNO tune is 450 for NA cars and 550 for power adder cars. tune is a good for life for any SMALL changes, but if you do something major its only 60$ an hour retune fee most cars can be retuned in an hour or so,

Would long tube headers and full exhaust be considered small changes?
