Did my cam swap this weekend but the balancer install tool I rented wont reach the threads that far back in the crank and looked all over for a bolt or some allthread to make a tool but couldn't find anything that long in 16mmx2.0.

What do I need to do here?

heat it up with a torche just the inner circle on the pullley make sure its off from the crank. heat EVENLY in a round motion for 2minutes and slide it into place with your own two hands. put the bolt back on with some red locktite and your done.
