I'm confused: LS2 or LS3 throttle body?

I have searched and find conflicting info. My car is a 2009, no Bluetooth, silver throttle body plate, built April 2008. Which Throttle Body do I have????

Sounds like you have the LS2 throttle body. LS3 throttle bodies came on the 2009.5s and look like this (gold plate):

Len is correct. The LS2 T-body has a silver blade.

So whats the difference between the LS2 and LS3 TB besides the color of the blades?

Gold blade LS3 (2009+) opens in the opposite direction is my understanding. Word on the street is that's a bear to tune around to avoid the dreaded "reduce engine power" codes. Supposedly the 2008 LS2 and LS3 TB are interchangeable.

For the G8, the cut-off is the 2009.1 to 2009.5 model year... 2009.1 GT and earlier gets "LS2" (silver blade), 2009.5 GT and GXP get the gold blade LS3. I recall some 2009.1 guys trying out 2009+ LS3 TBs and having to send them back because they couldn't get them to work right per above.
