Working on the car tonight and I came across a tube that doesn't look like it came with the car. Is this part of a nitrous install the previous owner didn't tell me about?

Looks like the line I have going to my boost a pump. It's a boost referenced line for the bap to kick in.

yea looks like a hobs switch which switches something on with boost... either a bap or meth, or whatever....
