Been wanting to put some control buttons on my wheel for a long time, finally got her done. I used 1/8 aluminum from Onlinemetals.com for the plate. Bought 2 steering wheel knobs (old style 'necking knobs) from Amazon, took them apart and used the clamps to hold the plate on then used standard coil cord buttons for the controls. Left to right: Line lock, Delay box skip, Nitrous.

Works very well, a little binding on hard turns due to 3 coil cords but just have to get used to the feel of it, doesn't limit wheel travel. I normally hold wheel at the top anyway so plenty of room still for my hands, even with gloves.

i know it wouldnt help any now, unless you want more button on your wheel. but.....

i just installed paddle buttons on the back of the wheel for shifting. they are just the same as the camaro has.

it uses a wire in the clock spring so you dont have to have any extra wires connected to the wheel. i know you probably dont need shifter buttons, but the buttons could work for other things too, as the camaro buttons are just a momentary push button when you cut out the resistors in the buttons and solder in a straight wire. also there are a few wires you can use in the clock spring if you dont mind loosing some of the function of buttons on the wheel.
