Here's the underneath of the front bumper cover from one end of the rubber GXP insert to the other, and where I had it attached incorrectly further back which ripped away. I'm thinking I'm still good on installing this piece.

Looks like you should still be able to lint it maybe just move the bolt over if it's over the bad spot
MoonPie

Those four bolts are in front of the bad spots which if I remember correctly weren't on the original directions. Being a GXP I know you said I needed something extra or different.

The only difference between the GXP and GT is the front spacers need to be made a little shorter

No they come a little long so you can trim them to fit your bumper. We found that some bumper require a little longer spacer than others. The spacer is made from plastic so it can easily be trimmed with a hand file or bench grinder. You could even use a sanding disk and a drill or even concrete if you were in a pinch.

Glad people are getting there's how do they look? We tried a new packaging method takes us 1/2 the time that it did before with card board. Cost a little more but we thought the time out weighed the cost.

Mine had no damage at all. Some of the plastic had torn in the middle but the bubble wrap was still in place and protected it. Hopefully can install it tonight at work. Thanks again

It showed up with no damage or even ripped plastic. The plan is to get it installed this weekend. Are the bolts in the kit stainless?

I have a chip on the drivers side nose, noticeable when you look for it. Installed today with ease, 15-20 minutes lining up and making it even on both sides, then about ten minutes installing the nuts and bolts with this puppy:
http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l511/SigMundr/22B4D9DA-7A45-43D5-93BB-C42426E7521B-1967-000001B41502D7F4.jpg

What's funny is the only reason I hopped on it today was I just got the car back from the body shop. I had originally asked them to install it. They said no problem. Halfway through the week they told me they weren't comfortable installing it. I was like ok, I guess there are pussies everywhere. Doing a little recon for the planned install tomorrow and notice the two middle 7 mm bolts are missing along with the clips so I went ahead and installed it with relative ease. Looks like they attempted to install it, got sand in their pussies and bailed without even re-installing the clips and 7 mm bolts which is easier than wanking with cocoa butter. I've removed and re-installed them at least three times.
