2-A pillar 4-doors 1 center of dash. I am guessing 2 rear deck and 2 subs?

LOL!

I think that must be an Aussie count. Two ways have been around too long for me to count as two separate speakers.

Moreover, I think is bad business on GM’s part to try and pass the system as 11 when people actually expect to see 11 physical speakers they thought they were paying for.

But that’s just my :twocents:

Cheers!

close... rear deck are the subs... the other two are the "tweeters" in the rear doors that are part f the two way that ec mentioned.

So that leaves 7: i guess 4 in the door, a center ip speaker, and....well theres an extra few somewhere....i guess

Psss!

Don’t repeat this, but I got it from a good source that GM hired an engineer from Grumman to design the speakers, but he brought over a design he had on his back pocket for the stealth fighter, thus now we have “Stealth technology speakers” latest generation.

They did the same thing in the G6 coupe. The rear speakers were 2-way and they were counted as four speakers total.
