Have any of you guys had issues with coolant leaks on the 6.0? I have a small leak on the driver's side of the car towards the front under the radiator. I have only noticed it once. Two small puddles side-by-side the other night. I have ~500 miles on the car. I rechecked it this morning and the garage floor was dry?

Are you positive it's coolant?

Make sure the small coolant hoses were secured correctly. It seems that this is a issue on some G8s. They run across the top of the fans.

I believe it was coolant. It was thicker than water and pink. I don't know of any other fluids that are that color on the car.
The small coolant across the top of the fans seem to be tight and fine. I could not feel or see any coolant leaks around them not could I see any on the larger hoses that lead to the engine.

Keep an eye on your coolant level. Once it leaks it tends to keep leaking. If it happens again at least it's a warranty item.

Could it be transmission fluid?

It's hard to say. The only way to tell is to smell it. Transmission fluid has a completely different smell that coolant.

Do you know where the water pump is located on the vehicle? It seems as if the fluid is coming from the right side of the engine towards the front. All the hoses that I can see are dry. If it is the water pump, since when do water pumps fail at 500 miles?

It appears to be power steering fluid. For some reason, a line from the reservoir leads to what appears to be the radiator/transmission cooler. Is that correct?

Power steering has 2 hoses. The pressure hose and the return line. Neither of them attach to the radiator as far as I know.
Warm the car and check that fluid. Unfortunately you cannot check the transmission fluid, it has no dip stick, much to the consternation of several members.
Anyway, at this point it may be a good idea to call your servicing dealer and schedule a friendly visit.

It ended up being a faulty clamp on the top radiator hose. They replaced the clamp and it's all good! Thanks for you help.

Good to hear. I figured it had to be something simple as no one else has made a post for anything except the small coolant hoses.
