No, but I've been meaning to install HID projectors (actual HID projectors) into my headlights. I've had the parts sitting around for almost as long as I've had the car :facepalm2:. Our headlight lenses do not separate all that easily. An oven will be involved, plus leather gloves (so you can handle it while it's hot) and some sort of prying instrument. Look up how to do it on HIDPlanet forums as they/we need to open headlights the same way (and some people do add kits like you linked to their cars on that forum as well). I'm not sure if anyone over there has made a tutorial specifically for the G8 (nobody had last I checked, but that was a good year ago), but any recent model large-headlight-housing GM car instructions should be close enough.

If you have someone install them for you, you're looking at $300+ for labor alone.

As far as that specific brand or that site... dunno.
