Pontiac car show at the beach Sunday 8/26

Bring your family and friends for a full day of summertime fun at the beach !!

Sunday August 26 at the cool Ventura Harbor Village. Register early to reserve your place on the lawn (day of show entries also accepted). There will be 3 trophies awarded for the 2004-2006 GTO class and 3 trophies awarded for the 2008-2009 G8 class, with winners determined by popular vote. Special guest appearance and autographs by the GTO Godfather Jim Wangers. Live music by the John Marx Blues Patrol band. Food and drinks on the patio at Blackbeard's BBQ overlooking the lawn. After the show everyone is welcome to hang out and avoid the afternoon 101 traffic with more live music inside Blackbeard's.

For Saturday night we reserved a block of 10 rooms at the Crown Plaza Ventura Beach hotel. It's ocean front by the pier ,with a pool right on the promenade and a cocktail lounge with poolside service for the big boys and girls. http://www.cpventura.com/


Call and ask for the special $128 Chiefs Along the Channel car show rate. Covered parking is available for $10, or $8 outside.
